"Tim began his journey with PAVE as a volunteer class assistant for True Man, PAVE's healthy masculinity training. He was immediately identified as a dedicated and eager learner and teacher. He brings great ideas to the team, helping evolve True Man presentations over the years.
"Tim always has a positive, upbeat attitude, and we are extremely lucky to have his talents on our team!" -Erika Parry, Volunteer Coordinator
When he is not helping PAVE empower young men, Tim loves to cook and travel. He even lived in St. Petersburg, Russia for 4 months.

A Story of Empowerment
Andrew began his journey with Project PAVE as a volunteer when he was a student at East High School and a member of the club Angels Against Abuse in 2011. His dedication to uplifting his community led him to become a Youth Community Educator (YCEP) at Project PAVE for another two years. We could not be more thrilled that Andrew is bringing his talents and passion back to PAVE this year, and has taken on the position of Youth Engagement Coordinator! Welcome back, Andrew.
Our YCEP cohort has been invited to present at the Colorado Behavioral Health and Wellness Summit in October! Join us to see them in action:
